Our services are intangible, non-returnable digital services that are delivered electronically and customized for each client. Therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply. Instead, we offer refund options under specific conditions, explained below.
Clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
If we fail to initiate or deliver the service agreed upon in the signed service agreement or invoice within the promised timeframe, and no communication or resolution is offered, a full refund may be issued.
If a client has been charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full upon verification.
If you request cancellation before any campaign or project work begins, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or payment processing fees (typically 2.9%–5%).
If a significant delay (beyond 15 business days) occurs due to internal issues on our part and no justified explanation is provided, a partial refund may be issued upon request.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after project commencement
Client non-cooperation (e.g., lack of required information, unresponsiveness)
Completed services (once full strategy or campaign execution has occurred)
Low or unsatisfactory results due to external factors (market changes, competition, ad platform policy changes, etc.)
Custom strategy development or audit-based consulting, once delivered
To request a refund, you must:
Email us at info@seoglide.org within 7 calendar days of purchase or issue discovery.
Include the following:
Your full name and contact details
Invoice number and payment proof
Reason for the refund request
Any relevant attachments or screenshots
We will respond within 5 business days with an update or request for further clarification. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution or wish to escalate a concern:

Clients who initiate false chargebacks may be blacklisted from future services.
