Client: The individual or company entering into an agreement with SEOGLIDE LIMITED.
Services: Includes but is not limited to Google Ads Campaign Management, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Remarketing Campaigns, and Landing Page Optimization for SEM.
Agreement: The contractual relationship established through the acceptance of these Terms or a signed proposal/contract.
SEOGLIDE LIMITED offers the following professional services:
Google Ads Campaign Management
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Remarketing Campaigns
Landing Page Optimization for SEM
Performance Analytics and Reporting
Custom Strategy Development
Ad Copywriting and Design
Campaign Monitoring and Optimization
A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Provide accurate and complete business information and access to required assets (e.g., website, analytics, ad accounts).
Respond promptly to communications regarding ongoing services.
Ensure that all business activities and content comply with applicable laws and advertising policies.
Notify SEOGLIDE LIMITED of any service issues or dissatisfaction immediately.
Services are billed according to the agreed package or custom quotation.
Payment terms are typically monthly in advance unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, PayPal.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest and potential service suspension.
Contracts may be monthly, quarterly, or annually based on the service plan.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
In the event of termination, all outstanding balances must be paid immediately.
No refunds will be provided for work already completed or pre-paid services unless agreed in writing.
We respect the confidentiality of your business data. Any non-public information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used solely to deliver services. This clause survives termination.
SEOGLIDE LIMITED retains the right to use strategies, concepts, and processes developed unless explicitly transferred.
All custom creative work (e.g., ads, landing pages) developed specifically for the client belongs to the client after full payment is received.
The client must not reproduce or use our proprietary methods or materials outside the scope of agreed services.
We commit to delivering industry-standard services and applying best practices in SEM.
While we aim to optimize performance, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or conversions due to variables beyond our control (e.g., Google algorithm changes, competition, market conditions).
SEOGLIDE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the related services during the past 3 months.
You agree to use our website and platform lawfully. You shall not engage in:
Hacking or unlawful access
Uploading malicious software
Infringing our copyrights or trademarks
Posting false or defamatory content
We reserve the right to terminate access if misuse is detected.
